To come to this retreat you must either attend the whole thing, or all day Sunday, including the precepts which start at 6:30am. This retreat includes fasting and prostrations (including a full fast on the Sunday day or if you cannot manage this just lunch which you will need to bring). It is recommended you contact us before booking this retreat if you have not done it before, but everyone is welcome to attend!
