As happiness and pain are states of mind, if we are to find the happiness we seek an understanding of our mind is essential. Through learning how our mind works, we can begin to bring our mind under control, and in this way improve the quality of our life, both now and in the future.

We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact. This inspiring book helps us to make the most of our human life, to prepare for death without fear or denial, and to help others who are dying.

This drop-in class is based on the Intermediate Books Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully.
