Meditation is a way of familiarising our mind with peace and positivity. Normally in our everyday lives we are very busy and therefore our mind can feel like it is never peaceful, never still, always moving and mostly experiencing some level of inner discomfort. Through practising meditation we can learn that our minds natural state is one of peace, and through training we can learn to connect to this sense of inner peace that comes from within and heal our mind; this in turn can have a profound effect on our day to day experience of the world.
