The first sessions will focus on a breathing meditation that helps disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of inner peace. The second session combines mindfulness of the breath with visualization, or creative imagination, and leads to a deep feeling of inner calm and purity.
These meditations can be practiced by anyone and these workshops are open to all. Starts at 10am with a relaxation meditation, then there is a coffee break before resuming at 12pm with a final meditation to take us deeper.
