The course is divided into two guided meditation sessions, with each session offering clear instructions and time to relax into the experience. You’ll be gently guided through simple methods that help the body and mind unwind, allowing you to enjoy a deeper sense of calm and mental stillness.
Between the sessions there will be a relaxing break where you can enjoy coffee and cake while spending time in our tranquil grounds. This peaceful space provides the perfect setting to slow down, reflect, and simply enjoy a quiet moment before the second meditation.
