On this course we will examine, in our own experience, the relationship between our mental habits and our positive and negative outcomes, and learn to heal our mind and our relationships with others. At presence our anger and irritation are perpetuating negativity, which guarantees divisiveness between the people involved. Instead we should learn to develop acceptance, which is a powerful tool to bring peace in the world.
