A real opportunity to develop some deep inner peace and relaxation, this weekly class is purely about unwinding through practising meditation.
This class begins with a short introduction, then we settle our minds with a 10 minute breathing meditation followed by an explanation of the main meditation before spending some quality time finding peace and joy in the space of this meditation.
This class is open to everyone!
This drop-in class is based on the Meditation CDs Living Meditation Series.
