On this course we will examine, in our own experience, the relationship between our mental habits and our positive and negative outcomes: through contemplating and meditating on the advice given in 8 verses of training the mind we can increase our positivity and learn to abandon the negative. This leads us to a happier, more meaningful life.

 

 

This drop-in class is based on the Beginners Books Eight Steps to Happiness.
