Worry, anxiety, stress, tension - these are all common experiences in our busy modern lives that often make us feel like our life is out of control and not going as well as we would like. Although these negative emotions are inner experiences of our mind we often feel they are entirely to do with our external, material conditions and so feel powerless to change them.
In this course Gen Rigm will explain how we can use special ways of thinking to overcome our worry and anxiety, and how we can learn to let it go through developing deep relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
